CNC Milling

• 3-Axis Milling: Our capabilities include 3-axis milling with dimensions up to 40” x 20” x 16” (X, Y, Z) and a maximum weight of 1800 lbs.
• Versatility: We can accommodate larger parts with special consideration. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
• Material Expertise: Our team is experienced in working with a wide range of materials, including specialty and hard-to-machine types.
• Advanced Features: We offer through-spindle cooling for enhanced performance and precision.

CNC Turning

• CNC Turning with Live Tooling: Bar capacity up to 1.7”, max turning diameter of 12”, and a max machinable length of 19”.
• Material Expertise: Our team is experienced in working with a wide range of materials, including specialty and hard-to-machine types.

3D Printing

• FDM Printing: Utilizing the MakerBot METHOD, we offer dual extrusion FDM printing with a build volume of 6.0”L x 7.5”W x 7.75”H (inches), 15.2 L x 19 W x 19.6 H (centimeters). We have the capability to print through 2 nozzles in the same print, which is beneficial as we can use different materials for the part and supports, making it easier to remove support material. We can also use the 2 extruders to make dual-colored parts, etc.
• Material Options: Available materials include PLA, Nylon, PET-G, ABS, and PC-ABS.

Welding

• MIG and TIG Welding: We provide MIG and TIG welding services for steel and stainless steel, with thicknesses up to ½” plate.
• Material Flexibility: We are open to discussing welding requirements for other materials.
• Note: Certified welding processes are not currently available.

Materials Certification

• Documentation: We can provide material certifications and Certificates of Conformance (CoC) upon request. Please specify this in your purchase order.

Metrology

• Inspection Services: We offer First Article Inspection, inspection of critical features, and formal inspection reports upon request.
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T): We are fluent in GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Extended Capabilities: If a feature is beyond our measurement capabilities, we can coordinate third-party measurement services.

Assembly

• Mechanical and Electrical Assembly: Our experienced technicians can perform both mechanical and electrical assembly work.

Engineering Services

• Engineering Services: Our partner company, Czero (www.czero-solutions.com), offers a wide range of engineering services.
