CNC Turning
- Turning with Live Tooling: Bar capacity up to 1.7”, max turning diameter of 12”, and a max machinable length of 19”.
Materials
- Material Expertise: We work with a wide range of materials, including specialty and hard-to-machine types.
- Documentation: We can provide MTRs, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), full material traceability, and DFARs compliant material upon request. Please specify this in your purchase order.
Metrology
- Inspection Services: We offer CMM First Article Inspection, inspection of critical features, and formal inspection reports upon request.
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T): We are fluent in GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
- Extended Capabilities: If a feature is beyond our measurement capabilities, we can coordinate third-party measurement services.
Welding
- MIG and TIG Welding: We provide MIG and TIG welding services for steel and stainless steel, with thicknesses up to ½” plate.
- Material Flexibility: We are open to discussing welding requirements for other materials.
- Note: Certified welding processes are not currently available.
Assembly
- Mechanical and Electrical Assembly: Our experienced technicians can perform both mechanical and electrical assembly work.

3D Printing
- FDM Printing: Utilizing the MakerBot METHOD, we offer FDM printing with a build volume of 7.5” x 7.5” x 7.75” (LxWxH).
- Material Options: Available materials include PLA, Nylon, PET-G, ABS, and PC-ABS.
