Standard Terms and Conditions

Unless superseded by a contract, Quixik offers our services with the following standard terms and conditions,

  • Job Acceptance Policy: By providing Quixik with the approval to provide manufacturing and fabrication services, the customer agrees to pay the agreed upon price for these rendered services. Job acceptance may take the form of verbal approval, email approval, signing the Quixik provided estimate, or providing a Purchase Order (PO). In some cases, Quixik may require that the customer provide a PO.
  • An Order Acknowledgement will be sent with a projected ship date upon receipt of order. Standard lead time is 30 days ARO unless stated otherwise.
  • Outside processes (i.e. anodization, heat treatment, etc.) will add additional lead time. While Quixik makes every attempt to establish reliable outside processing vendors, outside processes are outside of Quixik’s control and may lead to delivery delays and additional costs which may be passed along to the customer.
  • Quixik makes parts to drawings and CAD provided and Quixik is not responsible for errors in drawings or CAD models. If there is a discrepancy between a drawing and CAD provided, Quixik assumes the drawing supersedes the CAD unless otherwise specified. If no drawing is provided or your drawing doesn’t contain tolerances, Quixik will assume,
    • Machined Parts: U.O.S. +/-.010” tolerances, profile of .030 for all features, and a max surface finish of 125Ra.
    • Weldments: U.O.S. +/-.125” tolerances.
  • Due to material volatility, the price for material may need to be changed upon order acceptance to accommodate up to date market prices for material including any tariffs that may be incurred.
  • Material certifications (MTRs) and full material traceability can be provided if requested prior to order placement.
  • Estimate may not include taxes and shipping. Shipping will be prepaid and added to your invoice unless requested otherwise.
  • Cancellations Policy: Customers have the right to cancel orders at any time. In the event that an order is cancelled, Quixik will invoice for all costs incurred and may add up to a 15% fee. The total invoiced amount will not exceed the price of the job.
  • Customer Requested Refunds: If a customer requests Quixik to process a refund due to a customer error, Quixik will pass through the bank processing fees incurred to process this request.
