Capabilities & Services

What are your CNC milling and turning capabilities?

Our facility is equipped for versatile machining operations. We offer 3-axis milling with dimensions up to 40” x 18” x 16” (X, Y, Z) and a maximum weight capacity of 1800 lbs. For larger parts, we can often accommodate special setups upon request. Our CNC turning capabilities include turning with live tooling, a bar capacity up to 1.7”, a maximum turning diameter of 12”, and a maximum machinable length of 19”.

Do you offer grinding services?

Yes, we provide both surface and centerless grinding. Our surface grinding capacity is 20" x 8" x 15" tall with a maximum weight of 440 lbs. For centerless grinding, we handle diameters from .015” to 2.25” (with potential for wider ranges upon special setup), accommodating in-feed lengths up to 4” and through-feed of any length.

Can you handle welding and assembly?

We offer MIG and TIG welding services for steel and stainless steel on thicknesses up to ½” plate. While we are open to discussing requirements for other materials, please note that certified welding processes are not currently available. Additionally, our experienced technicians can perform both mechanical and electrical assembly work to support your project needs.

Do you offer 3D printing services for prototypes?

Yes, we utilize the MakerBot METHOD for FDM printing. Our build volume is 7.5” x 7.5” x 7.75” (LxWxH). We work with a variety of materials including PLA, Nylon, PET-G, ABS, and PC-ABS to support rapid prototyping requirements.

Materials & Quality Assurance

What types of materials do you work with?
